Cwm Rhondda Lodge Installs Its New Master For 2026

On the 16th of March 2026, Cwm Rhondda Lodge 9692 proudly witnessed the installation of Worshipful Brother Phillip Hanney as its new Master for the ensuing year.

It is not an exaggeration to say that , Worshipful Brother Phillip is a pillar of the Lodge, he brings years of experience, knowledge and a steadfast commitment to the principles of Freemasonry. His leadership promises to inspire unity and strength within the Lodge, encouraging both fellowship and charitable endeavours in the wider community. As we embark on this new chapter under his guidance, we look forward to a vibrant period of growth and meaningful contributions, reflecting the values that underpin our esteemed organisation.

The ceremony was incredibly impressive with all officers conducting themselves impeccably, making sure that Worshipful Brother Phillip was installed in a manner befitting Cwm Rhondda Lodge`s reputation for ritual.

Cwm Rhondda was graced with the presence of Provincial Assistant Grand Master, Worshipful Brother, Timothy R Clark accompanied by his provincial team.

The after proceedings were conducted in high spirits with the Provincial Assistant Grand Master praising Cwm Rhondda and our new Master.

Toasts were given by the outgoing Worshipful Master, Worshipful Brother Anthony Hughes, who himself has contributed so much to Cwm Rhondda over many years of service.
